They send pets to an unhygienic room which is awfully smelly and keep them waiting without sending anyone responsible to attend to those helpless creatures. That kind of an odorous environment can only make the condition worse for sick animals. People who pose as doctors are really unprofessional without any concern about the pets. They are so lethargic and take a long time to attend to pets and doesn't like to take the responsibility if the condition is not normal. So, do not take your pet there for complicated issues because they lack the skills and the aptitude required to take care of your pet

PetsVcare Veterinary Hospital – Elivitigala Mawatha.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PetsVcare Veterinary Hospital on Elivitigala Mawatha. The lady doctor who was on duty between 6.00 pm and 9.00 pm showed a highly careless and unprofessional attitude toward the animals under her care.
She appeared lethargic, disinterested, and failed to pay proper attention to the animal presented for treatment. There was very little engagement, no sense of urgency, and no compassion—qualities that are absolutely essential in veterinary care. Such dismissive behavior made it clear that the well-being of the animal was not treated as a priority.
When pet owners visit a veterinary hospital, they expect attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below those basic expectations. Staff members who show such poor attitude and lack of concern toward animals should not be placed in roles that directly affect their health and lives.
I sincerely hope the management reviews this issue seriously and ensures that only compassionate and responsible professionals are entrusted with animal care.

I’m writing this with a very heavy heart to warn other pet parents about my experience at Pets V Care. My cat was a part of our family for 8 long years and she was always very healthy. She had no major health issues all these years. Even when she occasionally fell sick and stopped eating, she would naturally recover and start eating on her own. Five days ago, when she became sick and refused food, we took her to this hospital trusting them completely. Unfortunately, the way she was handled was extremely harsh and careless. They attempted to draw blood for tests, but when blood did not come out, they claimed it was due to low pressure. During this process, she started bleeding badly. Despite this, they proceeded to give saline and antibiotics. Seeing her bleed and suffer was heartbreaking. After all this, they told us to bring her back the next day again for another blood test. However, while we were taking her back home, she suddenly passed away. She was alive when we left the hospital, but she didn’t survive the journey back. This has left us completely shattered. We strongly feel there may have been a medical error or negligence involved, because she deteriorated rapidly only after the treatment she received here. We didn’t just lose a pet — we lost a family member 💔. Please be extremely careful and think twice before taking your beloved animals to this hospital. I don’t want any other family to go through the pain we are suffering now.

My dog, Sherry, had a urinary bladder stone removal surgery at PetVcare animal clinic.I am extremely grateful for the excellent care provided.
The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and looked after my dog with so much love and attention, which truly meant a lot to me. I felt confident and reassured throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend PetVcare Animal Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable veterinary care.

Do not bring your pet here. We were sent into a room that was full because they did not check beforehand, had to leave and sit for a long time, and then had to go check ourselves if the room was free. They left a thermometer in my cats rear and when we asked if they were checking, two employees were a bit rude. The doctor then took a long time to come and was not helpful at all. She didn't even check my cat properly and the assistants were walking around chatting and doing nothing. They did not even know how to hold the cat when giving medicine. The doctor was also reluctant to tell us what doses she was giving.
I would advise anyone not to come here.

I took my German Shepherd puppy for for diogenes. The doctors identified the illness as tetnus very quickly which my regular veterinarian could not identify it for about 4 days. Reasonable charges, good place

I called them and wanted to take my dog who is in quite a critical condition. The person who answered the phone kept on telling me not to bring the dog because it was 6pm and they close at 7pm. He said that the the Dr can have a look at the dog, but since they will be in a hurry to go home they might not do such a good job. So bringing the dog tomorrow morning might be best. What a load of rubbish!!

Really expected a lot more. I would send the operator to a crash course on customer service..

As much as they happen to be professional and kind they lack in the bird sector, 27.09.2021 I took my bird suspecting a certain threat to which the doctor upon examining said she was alright and that she was free from the threat. I took my bird home and in less than 7 hours she died, from exactly what I had suspected.
So if you have a bird I recommend staying as far away as possible from them.

Took my dog (Pablo) twice to get medication, Once when it was a puppy and 3years later and on both occasions they were very attentive and the quality of service and care has improved over time. also the hospital premises is very hygienic and safe. would recommend to anyone without hesitation. they are a team made of highly skilled and trained professional Veterinarians. probably the best Animal Hospital in Colombo. Cheers to the Entire Team Highly recommend.
